Shipping and returns
Free shipping over $200; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate. If your bag arrives with a defect or experiences a fault under normal use within 60 days, simply contact our customer care team and we’ll make it right with a replacement or appropriate solution.
